PERSONAL TRAINING
THE RUN DOWN
Length: Each personal training session is 60 minutes in length.
Training Schedule: Tailor
made to fit your needs. Simply choose the days and times that work best
for you and schedule them with TNT5 Basketball Development.
Availability: Personal lessons can be booked seven days per week from 7:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. during the summer months or evenings/week-ends in the fall and spring.
Location: You choose the location. Come to TNT's home location at Luther College in Decorah, IA or TNT5 will come to your home town (school gymnasium, local community center, out-door court at a city park, etc).
Facilitiy fees: When conducting training sessions away from its home location in Decorah, IA TNT5 is not responsible for facility fees. Please plan to make arrangements with facility administrator when booking your facility.
Philosophy: One-on-one training helps athletes maximize their time, effort, and work capacity. With a coaches attention focused solely on one athlete, participants are challenged to tap their potential each and every session.
Goals: Each individual will be put through a series of developmental skills ranging from ball handling, shooting, footwork, off-ball movement, and rebounding.
Registration: Available on-line. Be prepared to register for several sessions in advance to assure availability. No fees paid at time of registration. Combined fee for all sessions you register for is due at the first work-out (example: register for 5 sessions, total due at first session equals $200).
Fee Structure: $40 per person/per session.

Boy's and Girls Grades 5-12 are eligible to register for training sessions.
