Boy's and Girls Grades 5-12 are eligible to register for training sessions.
Coaching Where You Are. Whether a beginner or all-star, we design each program to meet your needs.
Coach Comes To You. The TNT5 will travel to your hometown for each training session.

THE RUN DOWN
Length: Each Team Training Session is 90 minutes in length.
Number of Sessions: Unlimited.
Group Members: Perfect for your entire school or off-season team.
Training Schedule: Team sessions can be booked seven days per week from 7:00 a.m.- 9:00
p.m. during the summer months and evenings/week-ends in the fall and
spring.
Location: You choose the location. Come to TNT's home location at Luther College in Decorah, IA or TNT5 will come to your home town (school gymnasium, local community center, etc).
Facilitiy fees: When conducting training sessions away from its home location in Decorah, IA TNT5 is not responsible for facility fees. Please plan to make arrangements with facility administrator when booking your facility.
Goals: Each team's work-outs will be tailor made to fits its needs.
Registration: Available on-line. The team's coach or administrator is responsible for registering his/her team and working together with TNT5 for scheduling. Be prepared to register for several sessions in advance to assure availability. No fees paid at time of registration.
Fee Structure: $120 per team/per session. Entire fee for all sessions you register for is due at the beginning of the first training session.
